They are always receptive to my needs and go out of their way to make sure I am happy, matching colours to invites and décor is ways that are creative and thoughtful. Their customer service is amazing. They will not rest until the customer is happy. I will be using them for many more events.

I used Elford Floral Design a few years ago for my wedding and was so pleased. They were professional, friendly, and knew exactly what I wanted. Because I was so pleased with my wedding I have used them for many other occasions, such as bridals showers, baby showers, and even my son's baptism.

What a great shop! I was nervous looking for my wedding flowers especially given that as a bride I was looking for the unattainable, a perfect day. The ladies were wonderful with helping me with ideas, went above and beyond with all the decorating at the hall, the bouquets look incredible and my bouquet, I was speechless. From all the help along the way to my wedding day, I asked for perfect and they delivered just that, which is no easy task!
